Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. . No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

To modify your appointment, please call us at 848-420-2820 more than 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Health and Safety Policy

Our office is committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All equipment and surfaces are thoroughly sterilized before and after each client's appointment, in accordance with industry guidelines and local health regulations. Clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to each service to ensure safety and address any specific needs or allergies. Additionally, staff are trained in proper hygiene practices and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To protect the health of all our clients and staff, we do not provide services to individuals who are currently ill or have active herpes outbreak or cold sores.

Tipping Policy

Tipping is not necessary, but is greatly appreciated.
